Reformer classes are available in a group setting and limited to 7 students. The reformer is an apparatus used in pilates that offers springs and straps as resistance. This piece of equipment helps clients to focus on the stabilization needed to perform pilates exercises correctly.
This is an Advanced Level Class, which means you need to be familiar with all beginner and intermediate exercises, such as kneeling, planking, short spine + roll over moves, teasers, etc. You also must have no injuries and be able to transitio quickly through each exercise. NOTE: You must be approved by Nadine to join an Advanced Class for the first time. If you have not previously taken Advanced level classes, please reach out to Nadine before booking.
