Jumpboard Reformer Pilates involves using a specialized board with a Pilates Refomer to add a dynamic, low-impat cardio component to the workout. The board is inserted near the footbar and allows for jumps and other movements that engage core muscles and improve strength, flexibility, and stability. The jumpboard allows for controlled jumps and movements on the reformer, engaging core muscles and promoting proper alignment.   The springs on the reformer provide resistance and help to control the movements, making the workout low impact. Exercises on the jumpboard can be performed in various positions, including lying, side lying, and plank Improved cardio: Jumpboard exercises elevate the heart rate and provide a low-impact cardio workout. Strengthened core: Jumping and movement on the jumpboard requires core engagement and stability. Enhanced strength and flexibility: The resistance of the springs and the controlled movements help to build strength and improve flexibility.
