P This class is for the seasoned Pilates enthusiast! Most of this class focuses on the intermediate repertoire. Advanced work is introduced when the instructor feels it is appropriate. The class will focus on coordination, sequencing, balance, mobility, stability, and control. This class is not suitable for anyone in the early stages of injury recovery. Mastery of the essential repertoire is required before progressing to this class. Remember, our goal is to keep you safe and free from injury. The hallmark of an advanced student is the ability to challenge oneself in any class.
