is an Authentic Pilates and movement studio located on Amelia
Island, Fl.
Our specialized environment and highly-trained Pilates
Instructors are committed to providing client-centered programs and
instruction, with a focus on alignment, safety, functional movement
and fitness.
We strive to bring the
personal attention needed to inspire all clients of all fitness
levels to have better health and well-being through physical and
mindful movement. 
 Pilates of Amelia offers Private
Sessions, Duets, Trios, and Group Classes.

Pilates of Amelia

Our Reformer classes are designed to be unique to you and include a full-body workout. Classes are customized in partnership with you to achieve physical and mental strength, improve well-being, and stay challenging to achieve the best results. In order to give you the personal attention necessary, we limit this class to a maximum of 5 clients.

Unlimited Membership covers all classes (no privates, duets or trios) at the studio. 
This includes unlimited classes, day, evening or weekend of any reformer, mat or barre class the studio has to offer.  This package is ideal for the Pilates enthusiast who does 4 or more classes per week .

Balance and Posture Series

This membership option allows for access to 20 evening classes over 30 days.
