Our mission to be a place where anyone can come, get fit and
feel healthy. Our holistic approach to fitness and our beautiful
new state of the art equipment sets us apart from any other studios
in the area. We look at the big picture and combine the best
aspects of all types of fitness facilities to embody this approach
and redefine what a state-of-the-art Pilates , Yoga and Barre
Studio can be.

Since showing up can be the hardest part, we  will strive to
make sure that everything else is taken care of by us.  We
can't  wait to open so you can see for yourself!

Introductory package for anyone that has never taken Pilates Reformer equipment classes.  This is a REQUIREMENT if you are new to our studio &  Pilates reformer and it is a great deal!  Two Single one on one session with our professionally skilled and trained Pilates instructors so you can learn the ropes, then a FREE level one class to get you started!

Take any non equipment class in Studio B, such as: Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Suspension (TRX), Strength Classes. You come as often as you want for a 2 week period.
