About the Class

*Must have previous Reformer experience or have taken our Introduction to Pilates Reformer package* Intro to Tower will be offered every other week. This BEGINNER level class is designed for those who are new to the Pilates Tower and requires no prior experience. The Tower uses a vertical frame with springs and bars that provide both resistance and support, allowing for a wide variety of strengthening and stretching exercises. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the equipment, including proper form, alignment, and basic movement patterns. The springs create adjustable resistance that helps build strength, improve flexibility, and increase core stability while also supporting controlled, balanced movement. This class provides a safe and effective introduction to the Tower while helping you develop confidence and a strong foundation in Pilates.

Special Instructions

For the safety of our clients and friends, this class is not suitable for those who have never taken a Pilates Reformer class. All new Reformer clients are required to complete our Introductory to Pilates package before registering for regular classes.
