*Must have previous Reformer experience or have taken our Introduction to Pilates Reformer package* In this Pilates Reformer class with Diane, you will move continuously, flowing from one exercise to the next for a dynamic, full body workout. The class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing core stability through controlled movements on the Pilates Reformer. Participants are guided through exercises that can be adjusted to meet different experience levels, allowing each person to work at a pace and intensity that supports their individual goals. The workout targets multiple muscle groups while emphasizing alignment, control, and proper form. You can expect to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve balance and coordination, and leave feeling stronger, more energized, and refreshed.
For the safety of our clients and friends, this class is not suitable for those who have never taken a Pilates Reformer class. All new Reformer clients are required to complete our Introductory to Pilates package before registering for regular classes.
