At the heart of our session lies the Reformer, a versatile apparatus that facilitates controlled movement and resistance through a system of springs and straps. Utilizing the Reformer, participants will engage in a series of fluid and dynamic stretches, targeting tight muscles and promoting greater mobility and range of motion. Incorporating the Wunda Chair adds an extra dimension to our practice, challenging balance and stability while deepening stretches and enhancing proprioception. Through a series of seated, standing, and kneeling exercises, participants will refine their alignment and focus, cultivating a greater sense of body awareness and control. Completing our trio of apparatus is the Tower Unit, which offers additional opportunities for stretching and lengthening muscles while providing support and assistance as needed. With its adjustable springs and straps, the Tower allows for targeted stretches that address specific areas of tension, promoting relaxation and release throughout the body.
