Reformer Fundamentals

Located in the “Jacksonville Marina
Mile”, we are licensed medical professionals, Physical
Therapists (PT) and Massage Therapists (LMT) who have had
comprehensive training through Polestar Pilates Education, LLC and
have completed the rigorous post course testing. We combine the
genius of Joseph Pilates’ work with the science of western medicine
and the wisdom of eastern medicine in an effort to truly treat the
whole patient/client rather than their symptom or symptoms.

Synergy Studio Pilates/Physical Therapy

50 minute group class using Pilates apparatus.

Single Reformer Class

Four 50 minute group classes using Pilates apparatus.

4 Reformer Classes

 Eight 50 minute group classes using Pilates apparatus.

8 Reformer Classes

Take as many classes as your schedule allows in a one month period that starts with the first class taken after purchase. Reformer classes, Saturday Pilates Fundamentals, and Oov classes can be accessed with this pass. 

Unlimited Monthly Class Pass

Limited to 12 classes per month. Mat and reformer classes available.
