Advanced Reformer Flow uses more complex and challenging movements to increase strength, flexibility, and body control. Movements like the plank, side plank, skater (splits) and swan are just a few examples. Pre-Requisite: Clients are expected to have advanced proficiency with balance, range of motion, mobility, endurance and body awareness. This is a fast-paced class.
