Foundational Intermediate is a step between Foundational
(basic/beginner) and Flow (experienced).
 
This is a great class if you are looking for more of a
challenge but not quite ready for the Flow or Advanced level.
 
Pre-Requisite: Previous experience on a
reformer.

Island Pilates Studio offers small group classes and private
sessions in an exclusive environment that caters to all fitness
levels. All classes are taught using reformers, which allow
specific and individualized movements, giving you a balanced and
full body workout.
