Sculpt is an invigorating session designed to tone and define your entire body. Combining the core-strengthening benefits of traditional Pilates with targeted resistance training, this class may use small props such as weights, resistance bands, Pilates arc and stability balls to intensify the workout.    Ideal for Intermediate and Advanced practitioners, Sculpt focuses on sculpting lean muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall body strength and endurance. Participants will engage in a variety of Pilates based exercises incorporating dynamic movements aimed at chiseling the core, arms, legs, and glutes. With an emphasis on control, precision, and mindful movement, this class provides a challenging yet rewarding workout that leaves you feeling strong and sculpted.
