home studio at 456 37th Ave NE, offers private Equipment Pilates
sessions on the Reformer, Split Pedal Chair, and Tower, along with
home visits in the local area. Led by the highly experienced APPI
Certified Pilates Instructor Clare, who has a background in Womens
Health and Rehab Physiotherapy.
Weekly classes including Mat Pilates, Prenatal & Postnatal
Pilates and virtual Roll & Release Prehab class.
All group Pilates Mat classes are held at Music and Me Studio at
1437 4th St S, St Petersburg
Virtual Pilates sessions and various package options are
available to cater to our clients' diverse needs and
preferences.
