About the Event

Small group Pilates Mat class (max 10 ppl) using small props including weights, therabands, Pilates Circle, small soft ball and booty bands. These classes focus on posture, stretching and strengthening of the core, lower and upper body in a fun and welcoming environment suitable for all levels of fitness and pilates experience.  Modifications are provided for injuries or movement restrictions All equipment is provided. Please bring water and anything else to make yourself comfortable for the class!
