Brit was tired of boring, repetitive fitness classes that neither challenged her body, nor stimulated her mind. This is why she works tirelessly on her classes in order to combat that feeling in others. She's 20% athlete, 29% badass, 24% spincess, 15% barre aficionado, 28% fun maker, 18% creative, and obviously 78% mathematical genius. In all seriousness, she has ran a group fitness studio in Buffalo, NY for 10 years, and has been teaching just as long. She holds numerous group fitness certifications for Mad Dogg Spinning, Stages Cycling, Booty Barre, Surfset, Pilates, Level 1 Baptiste Yoga, Pound, BOSU, and even Pole Dance Level 2!
