Whether you’re in your 20s or 70s, this class helps you reconnect with your base, improve balance, release tension, and support your entire kinetic chain—from the soles to the spine. We’ll use props, breath, and focused movement to awaken muscles that support posture and mobility. Great for anyone who stands a lot, walks, runs, lifts, or simply wants to move through life with more ease and connection. No prior experience needed. Just bring your feet (barefoot preferred).
