Using the featured tool of the week, whether it is the Pilates box, jump board, triangle, Pilates circle, or weights, this class challenges multiple muscle groups through compound reformer movements. The springs on the reformer are set to a heavier resistance to build power and control, engaging both large and stabilizing muscles. Expect a combination of controlled resistance work for the arms, legs, and glutes, along with deep core engagement to improve posture, coordination, and overall strength.
