About the Class

Pilates Sculpt (Recovery) focuses on lengthening, restoring, and rebalancing the entire body through slow, intentional reformer movements. Using the featured tool of the week, whether it is the Pilates box, jump board, triangle, Pilates circle, or weights, this class emphasizes flexibility, mobility, and recovery. The springs on the reformer are set to lighter resistance to allow deeper stretches and improved range of motion. Expect a full-body flow that releases tension in the hips, back, shoulders, and legs while strengthening the core for support and stability. The session is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, elongated, and recharged.

Class Policy All classes are nonrefundable. To cancel, please email, text, or call at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations made within this window may be transferred to the next available class one time only. A 10 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Late cancellations or no notice will result in a $25 fee. How to Prepare Please wear comfortable, flexible athletic attire that allows for a full range of movement. For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled. You can store your belongings in the cubbies to the left and take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the machine, especially if this is your first session.
