Mat Pilates

About the Class

Join this mat pilates class where we will work the core, flexibility and balance,  as well as the mind-body connection to help build and maintain strength, all which help us continue to be able to do functional daily activities as we age. .  This class is primarily done on the mat, using your bodyweight however it may occasionally include the use of props, such as hand weights, blocks and bands.   All necessary equipment will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
