Enjoy this 60 minute class with Deana (and her pup, CJ). This is a mixed level class that is appropriate for the beginner to the advanced yogi. During this class we will work on the foundational elements of yoga, focusing on alignment, breath and your expression of the pose. This class will also incorporate strength, flexibility, and balance. While allowing you to awaken your soul, body and mind. By choosing this class you will enjoy a steady, mindful practice that will also challenge you and leave you feeling refreshed. **If available, please bring your own mat and yoga block** ** Only Venmo, Cash or Check accepted **
