Susan DeBouver, owner of Pilates Plus of Schaumburg, moved out of the corporate work environment and started working in the fitness industry in 1999.  She fell in love with Pilates and how it reformed and healed the body through focused, controlled, core-based movement and breathwork. Susan opened her own Pilates studio in 2006, Pilates Plus of Schaumburg.
