About the Class

DOOR CODE: Star1002 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class. This dynamic Pilates Reformer class is designed to target and sculpt the glutes and core, delivering a powerful workout that strengthens and tones. Using the reformer’s resistance, participants will engage in a series of exercises that isolate the glutes while building core stability. Expect focused movements that lift, tighten, and define the lower body, while improving overall balance and posture. Perfect for those seeking to enhance their strength in the abdominal and gluteal areas, this class will help improve functional movement, support the spine, and boost overall athletic performance. All levels are welcome, with modifications available to meet individual needs. $25 Late cancel fees apply (within 12 hours of class) No shoes allowed in Reformer studio. Non-slip socks are recommended for all Pilates Reformer classes or bare feet 2105 N Southport 2nd Floor Free street parking. If you are more than 5 min late - your reformer may be given away to someone waiting. We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 3 ppl. You will be notified of any changes.
