In Mat Class, most of the exercises are done lying or seated on the mat and the goal is to strengthen the body's “powerhouse,” a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, hips and glutes. Mat work is the ultimate workout! Mondays 6:30PM is a Beginning / Intermediate level. No prior experience is necessary. Wednesday 5:30PM is an Intermediate / Advanced level. Minimum of 10 prior classes is sugessted. Saturdays 11AM is a Beginning / Intermedite level. No prior experience is necessary.
