About the Class

This class combines elements of Pilates Mat, Barre, and yoga and adds some cardio and strength training. Be ready to sweat! We will use props-yoga blocks, light weights, theraband, long foam roller, small Pilates ball, and/or larger stability ball. If you don't have a prop, ask about substitutions.
