This class is for the seasoned Pilates athlete who has mastered their movements on the Reformer. This rigorous class will challenge your strength, endurance and will power with every exercise. Moving at a faster pace, you will rev-up calorie burn, and explore the more choreographed and advanced exercises, testing your coordination and balance in multi-joint movements. You will sweat, your muscles will shake, and we will challenge you to work muscles you never even knew existed. *Not suitable for clients with physical limitations or injuries *Strongly recommended clients have taken 10 Pilates Reformer classes or have instructor recommendation prior to enrolling
*Reformer experience is a required prerequisit to this class. Must attend at least 10 Empower Reformer classes prior to taking Sweat Class.
