Offering the best of both the Pilates Reformer and moving strength equipment modalities, this TRX/Reformer class is an innovative, complete workout you’re not likely to find anywhere else. Combining intense body-weight TRX suspension training exercises for the first half of class with carefully selected Pilates Reformer movements for the second half, clients will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. *Not suitable for clients with physical limitations or injuries
*Reformer experience is a required prerequisit to this class. Must attend at least 10 Empower Reformer classes prior to taking Sweat Class.
