In this upbeat class we will alternate between jump board work and Reformer series focusing on working the arms and abs then cycling back through a jump series. The result is whole body workout with no part left behind. Jumping on the jump board has minimal impact because of the padding on the jump board. *This Class is a level 2- 2/3 intermediate class. It is suggested that you have reformer experience before taking this class and are comfortable balancing on the moving carriage in a kneeling position and holding a plank. Standing balance work is incorporated in all intermediate level classes.
