I’m incredibly grateful to have discovered Pilates as part of my recovery journey. After more than two years and four surgeries from a cycling crash that not only ended my career but nearly my life, I was finally cleared to ease back into training. A friend suggested Pilates as a starting point, and by chance I chose Paradise Pilates. I couldn’t be happier that I did. Every instructor at Paradise has been thoughtful, patient, and encouraging. Their guidance has been a huge part of my progress, and I truly feel supported. Honestly, I’m surprised more men aren’t doing Pilates. There’s a common misconception that it’s “just for women,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Many professional athletes rely on Pilates for strength, balance, and recovery—and now I understand why. As a male endurance cyclist, I can say with confidence that Pilates has been a game-changer. Whether you’re getting back into fitness, working to maintain your athletic form, or recovering from injury, Paradise Pilates is exactly where you should be.
