 Whether you are brand new to pilates, have only done mat pilates OR you are an expert, this is a great starting point! This session is designed to let you try out our studio before you buy. You will arrive, fill out a couple forms, chat about your goals/concerns, get about 30 minutes of pilates on the famous Reformer, and chat afterwards about pricing & the schedule.
