Body In Motion - This is you, all you, using your body weight to create controlled movements that build enhanced strength and flexibility.  Our focus is on the body as a whole and using the breath to enhance our movement.  Our instructor is also an experienced yogi who will teach you from a multi-lingual perspective.  Come join us and learn what a difference mindful movement can make.  Good for beginners.
