It Begins with the Breath - This 26 & 2 style Hatha yoga class begins and ends with breathing exercises to give you a chance to settle your awareness into your body. Then, low-impact standing and balancing postures help build stamina, strength and length in quads, hips and hamstrings. The remainder of the class includes a series of prone, kneeling and seated poses. This class is superb for both beginners and experienced students who enjoy our progressive approach to a traditional practice.
