I've attended the studio now 10 days (2 weeks of daily pilates, both mat and reformer). This is my honest review of how amazing the studio is set up. There's plenty of space, so you don't need to worry about bumping into anyone. The reformer was the first ever for me and it was very easy to learn. The instructors are so amazing and go over the machine thoroughly to make sure you understand how to use it as a newbie. Every instructor I've had thus far has been so kind and very thorough (step by step) in all the movements and are open to showing alternative moves if you are injured or just can't do the challenging moves, One thing I love is that you have the ability to gradually challenge yourself and if a movement doesn't feel right, making adjustments is not frowned upon. You get all different walks of life and no one judges you, this is what I LOVE about going to the studio. On the first day, the owner made me feel so welcomed and ensured if I had any questions to feel free to ask them. If you are contemplating, don't contemplate. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if you have never done pilates reformer before. As my first time, I caught on fairly quickly. The best part is that you move at your own pace and it's such a calm, steady and gradual workout.
