I took my first classical reformer Pilates class with Maureen, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, she guided me through the entire class with incredible cues, attention to detail, and encouragement. I felt safe, supported, and comfortable. The class challenged me in the best way, and I left feeling accomplished, more knowledgeable, and confident about coming back for my next session. Maureen has such a gift for teaching, and her passion and expertise truly shine through. It’s clear that she knows her craft and cares about helping every client understand the method and improve their practice. I’m already looking forward to taking more classes with her and continuing to grow in my Pilates journey. Maureen is truly the best in the business, and if you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates or deepening your practice, I can’t recommend her and Authentic Pilates enough. Everyone needs to experience her studio! 🤍
