About the Class
Virtual live mat class inspired by your favorite reformer exercises that you can do on your mat from home, the office, or on the road. All you need is a mat, an internet connection, and the Zoom App to join. This class is live, so you still need to show up on time!
Special Instructions
Download the App ZOOM to the device you would like to view this class on: a computer, Ipad, or phone. Make sure you create a username and password for your Zoom account BEFORE the virtual class begins. Make sure you sign up for this class online at least one hour in advance, and make sure you see this class on your schedule. (If you try to sign up late, you will not be added to the class). We will send you an email before class starts with the special link to join our live class. Please do not share this link, and please do not record our live class.
