About the Class

High Intensity Interval Training meets Reformer Pilates. In this class, we will get our heart rates up and break a sweat with high intensity movements on the reformer. Jump board may be used during class while incorporating other props such as light weights, Magic Circle, Pilates ball, and resistance bands. Be ready to break a sweat while getting in a great workout! *This class is not recommended for beginners* Cancelation Policy- We kindly ask all classes and private sessions are canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Anything canceled after the 12 hour window will result in lost of the class or session pass. No Show Policy- anyone who no shows to a class or session without canceling before the scheduled class or session time will be subject to a $25 no show charge.
