Pilates Studio

Pilates group class using the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small
props. This class is for intermediate as well an advanced students.
You MUST have Authorization from Jodie to attend this
class.
 
**NOTE**To
join a Group Class, you MUST have prior Pilates
Equipment experience. Pilates Beginners must first attend three
private sessions to correctly learn form, positioning and use of
the Equipment. We offer a Preparatory Package of 3 Private Sessions
