Pilates Studio

Pilates group class using the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small
props. This class is for a beginners as well an intermediate
student.
 
**NOTE**To
join a Group Class, you MUST have prior Pilates
Equipment experience. Pilates Beginners must first attend three
private sessions to correctly learn, form, positioning and use of
the Equipment. We offer a Preparatory Package of 3 Private Sessions
