Want to sweat?!! This high intensity interval workout combines getting your heart pumping on the Pilates jump board and putting your core and total body to the test on the reformer and tower! You will improve your stamina, and strength as well as getting your dopamine/endorphins lifted!   **NOTE**To join a Group Class, you MUST have prior Pilates Equipment experience. Pilates Beginners must first attend three private sessions to correctly learn form, positioning and use of the Equipment.
