Level 1 classes are for beginners who have already completed the required four session intro package. Done on reformer, mat, tower, and chair, and focusing on the pilates principles of concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breathing these classes help prepare clients to advance their practice.
Safety is always our priority. Therefore, only clients who have completed the four-session intro package may participate in a Level 1 class.
