Level 2 classes are for clients who have demonstrated proficiency in Level 1. Done on reformer, mat, tower, and chair, these classes build on the Pilates principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision, and Breathing, allowing individuals to reach a much deeper understanding of and control over their mind and body.
Safety is always our priority. Therefore, clients must demonstrate and verify preparedness with an instructor before attempting to sign up for and participate in a Level 2 class.
