Level 3 classes are for clients that have demonstrated proficiency in Level 2. Done on reformer, mat, tower, and chair, these classes build on the Pilates Principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision, and Breathing allowing individuals to advance their practice to a high level and requiring a deep understanding of and control over the mind and body.
Safety is always our priorty. Therefore, clients must demonstrate and verify preparedness with and instructor before attempting to sign up for and participate in a Level 3 class.
