A great class for those who love a challenge and who wish to increase their performance, Level UP classes are for clients who have demonstrated proficiency in Level 1 and are ready for more challenge. Done on reformer, mat, tower, and chair, Performance classes will focus heavily on on the Pilates principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision, and Breathing. A stronger emphasis will be placed on tempo, keeping the class moving at a pace that's sure to work up a sweat.
Safety is always our priority. Therefore, clients must participate in a minimum of 12 Level 1 classes and demonstrate preparedness with an instructor prior to signing up for this class
