BOOK MIS (SCREEN) FIRST IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CLASS This class is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to push their Pilates practice to the next level. This class incorporates more complex movements that challenge strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, using the Reformer machine to target all muscle groups with precision. . Exercises like Long Stretch, Teaser, Star, are performed with variations that require greater strength and focus. To further challenge balance and coordination, movements such as Single Leg seated Footwork, Side Split, and lunges are incorporated, with adjustments to the springs and carriage to alter difficulty.  This class pushes participants to refine their form, master advanced movements, and develop functional strength and agility through the strategic use of equipment. Ideal for seasoned clients, it offers a dynamic and challenging workout that emphasizes precision, endurance, and control.
