About the Class

“In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference, and in 30 you'll have a new body.” - Joseph Pilates    Mat Pilates offers a series of classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire that emphasizes movement that connects your body and mind. Proper breathing technique is important, along with a basis in core strength. We use modifications to keep people safe, yet challenged in their own body.  All level welcome.

Special Instructions

We look forward to working with you!  Note: We highly recommend starting you Pilates practice off with a few private sessions with an instructor.
