Join us for a rejuvenating Intro to Reformer class designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve posture and enhance flexibility. We will focus on controlled movements and mindful breathing that will leave you feeling invigorated and centered. It's always a great idea to revisit the basics, so this class is a fit for all levels even if your a seasoned Pilates student.
