Classes at Plymouth (Studio C) are all on the reformer. To participate fully, we recommend the following equipment: Reformer with very light, light, medium, and heavy springs (we do not have tower attachments at our Plymouth location like we do at Packard) Pilates Box Dumbbells (3 lb, 5 lb and 8 lb) Wooden dowel Loop resistance bands: medium and heavy Long resistance band (TheraBand-style, medium resistance) Pilates ring Pilates ball We also occasionally use a movable, 'infinity' footbar, back platform, weighted rings and weighted bars, but all are optional, and can usually be worked around if you don't have these.
