This class features a blend of reformer jumpboard, rowing and strength training for a full body, calorie-burning workout. This is cardio like you've never experienced it. All levels.
Special Instructions
Studio B is dog friendly, and we occasionally have a (friendly!) studio dog behind the desk with us. If you are allergic, we recommend booking one of the reformers furthest from the desk (#6 is next to the desk, so we would highly advise against this reformer in particular), or booking a class in our adjacent studio :)
