Learn the key ways to increase challenge — including range of motion, tempo, stability, resistance, and advanced variations — so you can customize your workout in real time. You’ll leave with practical strategies to keep building strength, control, and endurance in any class.
Our workshops are small, specialty sessions that require advance coordination, dedicated instructors and a minimum number of participants to run. To ensure we can offer these experiences, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will result in a late cancellation fee and forfeiture of this session. As a courtesy, members may use their regular sessions to reserve a spot in these specialty workshops, which are typically offered as premium programming. In return, we ask that cancellations be made as early as possible so that other members have the opportunity to participate and we can ensure the workshop runs as planned.
