Hailing from the lively vibes of Louisiana, Marissa's journey to Pilates prowess took her on a wild ride through the enchanting landscapes of New Mexico for 12 adventurous years and a Masters degree from the University of New Mexico before landing her in Michigan. A former ballet buff for 15 years, Marissa pirouetted her way into the world of rock climbing, where she discovered that reaching new heights was more than just a physical feat—it was a mindset. Also certified in yoga and forever chasing that zen vibe, she's all about finding harmony between mind, body, and soul.Outside of the studio you’ll most likely see Marissa walking around Ann Arbor listening to Taylor Swift, drinking a latte, or nerding out on all things health & wellness.
