what you're looking for. No single class is ever the same, our
music playlists vary, and we have plenty of class formats to help
you reach whatever fitness and movement goals you have.
Are you focused on improving core
strength? Do you want a challenging total-body workout? Hp Classic
Full Body is a great place to start.
Want to work up a sweat while
building stamina? Hp Jump would be a great option for you.
Interested in greater flexibility
and mobility? Try our Hp Tower + Stretch classes. Regardless, all
are welcome in any class. 
However, if you’re new to Pilates
or Harbor Pilates, we recommend starting with our Hp Classic Full
Body class. As a traditional Pilates reformer workout, it will
introduce you to the reformer while giving you a base from which
you can build.
Regardless of the class you choose,
